Welcome to Crazy2Calm Canine Coaches
Crazy2Calm Canine Coaches is a collaborative effort, bringing together Trainers, Team Coaches, and Behavior Consultants who share a commitment to ethical, force-free training. Our coaches create and share high-quality resources designed to help owners and their dogs become the best team they can be—without the use of aversive tools that cause pain.
At Crazy2Calm, we believe every team can reach their full potential. Through our network:
We educate owners to engage better with their dogs.
We empower teams to achieve their goals through motivation and individualized training.
We help create a partnership where handler and dog function seamlessly as a team.
Our approach emphasizes kindness, positive reinforcement, and science-based methods to teach behaviors that are desired in everyday life while reducing unwanted behaviors.
Yooper Paws of Love is owned by Canine Coach Penny Beeman, located in the scenic Upper Peninsula of Northern Michigan. With over 30 years of experience, Penny's passion for dogs has grown from family pets to rescue dogs, service dogs, and helping families build stronger relationships with their canine partners.
Penny specializes in large breed working dogs and uses her service dog, Belle, to demonstrate training skills, build confidence in young dogs, and strengthen teamwork between handlers and their dogs.
Penny holds a Certificates in Advanced Animal Behaviors from ILLIS ABC and Trauma Informed Dog Practitioner from PawsUp Dogs. She also provides behavior consultations and leads TEAM Adolescents, creating workshops and educational resources that help owners solve behavior challenges with compassion and creativity.
Cindy Campbell is based in Clovis, California, and hosts Clovis Paws for Play. Cindy grew up surrounded by animals and discovered force-free training through clicker training with her Newfoundland, Sprockett. She is a Pro Dog Trainer through Absolute Dogs and continues her education through advanced programs. Cindy works with her Service Dog, Nick, and Great Pyrenees, Pau, to teach and demonstrate training skills. She coordinates the TEAM Puppy Classes & Membership, following up on the SD Foundations Class created in 2022.
Ashlynn Holt has been training dogs for nearly 8 years with her owner-trained Service Dog, Lilly, and her young SDIT, Daisy. Ashlynn uses a wheelchair in public due to a condition that affected her mobility as a toddler. Her training expertise focuses on mobility and independence, ensuring handlers and dogs can thrive together. She leads the Wheelchair Workgroup, developing resources to support teams in similar situations and sharing knowledge through our collaborative network.
Our team is supported by skilled moderators with experience training their own Service Dogs. They assist with admin roles in virtual classrooms and help maintain the collaborative resources within the C2C Canine Coach network.
