TEAM Adolescents: When Training Gets Messy (and That’s Normal)

Adolescence is the phase that makes many handlers question everything, skills fall apart, focus disappears and emotions get big on both ends of the leash.

This isn’t failure, it’s development!

TEAM Adolescents exists to help you navigate this stage without losing your progress or your confidence.

Inside, we focus on:

• Rebuilding consistency in real-world environments

• Managing distraction and impulse control

• Supporting emotional regulation and environmental processing

• Bridging the gap between “knows it” and “can do it anywhere”

This phase isn’t about going back to square one. It’s about learning how to move forward with clarity and strategy.

TEAM Task Support: Turning Skills Into Meaningful Work

Task training is where many handlers feel the most pressure. Not just to teach something but to teach the right things, in the right way, at the right time. But task training isn’t separate from everything else, it’s built on it.
